Copyright takedown notices under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c) should be sent to the Designated Agent below.
RentalGuards has registered a Designated Agent with the U.S. Copyright Office to receive notifications of claimed copyright infringement involving content on our Service. This posting satisfies the public-notice requirement of 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(2).
A valid takedown notice under the DMCA must include all of the following:
(a) A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
(b) Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
(c) Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information sufficient to permit us to locate it;
(d) Your contact information (address, telephone number, email);
(e) A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
(f) A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the right that is allegedly infringed.
